FAQ'S & POLICIES

HOW LONG DO THE NAILS STAY ON FOR?

There is no exact time as this would differ for every person. They will last longer if you make sure to prep your nails properly prior to application and follow our 'how to apply' instructions. If you use nail adhesive tabs they should last up to 3 days. Alternatively if you use nail glue they should last up to 3 weeks.

ARE THE NAILS CRUELTY FREE?

Yes; all of our products 100% cruelty free & vegan.

WHAT COMES WITH THE NAILS?

All nails are sent in a storage box so you can properly store your nails. You will also receive an instruction card on how to properly apply, care for and remove your press on nails. A care kit will also be provided, which includes a small nail file, a nail cleansing wipe & a cuticle pusher. Nail adhesives & other essentials are available to purchase separately.

ARE THE NAILS REUSABLE?

Yes absolutely; nail tabs are great if you would like to reuse them often, and if you are using nail glue you simply need to file away the excess glue before reusing.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?

For press on nails, once your order is placed there will be a 2-3 working week wait whilst your order is processed, before it is shipped out. This does not include bank holidays or weekends.

Any ready to ship items such as sizing kits and cuticle oils will be sent within 3 working days.

Tracked 48hr aims to arrive 48hrs after it has been dispatched.

Royal Mail 1st class aims to arrive within 1-3 working days.

Royal Mail 2nd class aims to arrive within 3-5 working days.

International items will take up to 10 working days to arrive.

Please note that once we have posted your item it is out of our hands and it is the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver your parcel on time and in great condition. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

If you miss your parcel and it is sent back to us, we will contact you and it is the customers responsibility to pay for it to be sent back to them. No refund will be given if the customer refuses to pay for the item to be sent back.

WILL THERE BE CUSTOM FEES?

At Klaws by Katie Eve® we do all we can to avoid custom fees, however sometimes these can occur and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for these fees.

DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

This varies from item to item:

Press on nails: You are able to cancel your order within 24hrs of purchase, however after 24hrs all sales are final and you agree the wait time it takes to create your order. Due to the handmade nature of the products, we do not accept any returns or make any exchanges except in the case of products delivered in a defective or damaged state. Should this occur, please contact klawsbykatieeve@gmail.com with your order no. and an image of how it arrived.

Sizing kits: You are able to return or exchange this item if the sizing kit is unopened and unused. If you wish to return or exchange this please email klawsbykatieeve@gmail.com and we will talk you through the process. It is the customers responsibility to pay to return the item.

Cuticle oils: You are able to return or exchange this item if the cuticle oil is unopened and unused. If you wish to return or exchange this please email klawsbykatieeve@gmail.com and we will talk you through the process. It is the customers responsibility to pay to return the item.

WHAT IF THE NAILS DON'T FIT?

We are not held responsible if you order the wrong size or the wrong shape/style for your nails. we have sizing kits available for the most accurate size representation, and to see if the nail shape is right for you. No refunds or exchanges will be made if you choose the wrong sizes. We do sell replacement nails should you need to change one or two sizes.
